A few minutes of questions about your field operation gets you a free, no-obligation quote with your return on investment. You will see your licence, implementation and support costs, the extra jobs a day we would expect you to win back, what that is worth over a year, and the month you break even. Your quote and ROI appear on screen straight away, and we email you a copy.
Your figures
Built from your answers at the rates below. Every assumption we made is listed, and the productivity gain is capped at demand you can actually sell.
Cost — one
Dynamics 365 Field Service, priced per user per month, plus automated scheduling where you asked for it.
Cost — two
A one-off project cost at our day rate of , built up from the scope you selected rather than a percentage of your licence spend.
Cost — three
A monthly retainer for application support, small changes, release management and keeping your users productive after go-live.
Benefit
Field Service earns its money back by giving engineers their day back — less driving between jobs, less paperwork, fewer return visits. Here is what that looks like on your numbers.
Return
Licences start when the project starts; benefit does not. So the benefit is held at zero until go-live, runs at a reduced rate while people learn the system, and only then at full rate.
Another way to get there
Not in the numbers above
The return above counts one thing only: gross margin on extra jobs. These are real and they are yours, but we have kept them out so the payback figure stays defensible in front of a finance director.
Next step
We email a copy to you and to our sales team, who will come back with a firmer number once we have talked through the two or three answers that move it most.
