Most clubs run the commercial side in a spreadsheet, keep player paperwork in folders and email, and never quite know what has been sold, delivered and paid for this season. Power Sports Management replaces the separate sponsorship and team management tools with one app on Microsoft Dataverse. It has four areas, Sponsorship, Player, Supporter and Settings, and four security roles, so a sponsorship seller, a team manager and an administrator each see only the part of the club they work in.
Sponsorship, from enquiry to agreement. Log the enquiry, convert it to an agreement and add the lines with a guided builder that asks only for what the category needs: the player, match, board or equipment being sponsored, priced from your catalogue. Dashboards show this season and next, sold against available, open enquiries and proposals, and expiring agreements with one-click renewal into the next season.
Every player on one record. Contract, registration, visa, passport and driving licence, onboarding and medicals, social checks and injury history, with squads by season. Accommodation, property and the club cars out on loan are tracked against the player, and scouting holds player and match reports.
Supporters. Match tickets and club shop orders, held against the same contact records as sponsors and players, so one person is one record however they deal with the club.
Delivery and match-day hospitality. Each product carries its own fulfilment checklist, so a sold board or shirt becomes dated tasks (artwork received, produced, installed, proof of display) the moment the line is added, tracked per sponsor with overdue flags. Hospitality bookings hold the customer, the match, the location and the guest list.
Billing and payments. Invoices and credit notes raised against the agreement, instalment invoices created automatically, and a Billing and Payments view of what is outstanding, overdue, paid and still in draft for the season.
Season setup and security. A one-page Season Setup wizard prepares the next season in a few clicks: it copies the product catalogue, imports the fixtures and creates a sponsorship product per player or match. Four security roles, user and manager for sponsorship and for players, show each person only their own area.
