From the 1st-3rd of November, our very own, Andrew Bibby, will attend the Directions 4 Partners EMEA event in Lyon, France. This is a huge event, filled with a vast variety of Q&A’s, sessions, and roundtables – a great opportunity for anyone looking to top up their Dynamics knowledge!

On the 3rd of November at 12:45pm (CEST), Andrew will be presenting his session on ‘Exploring Dynamics 365 Sales for Business Central users’ in the Salon Pasteur Room.

Andrew is a Microsoft Business Applications MVP, specialising in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, since 2017, so he is an expert on all things Dynamics 365 Sales!

In his session, Andrew will start with the basics of Dynamics 365 Sales, highlighting its user-friendly features and how it can simplify your sales processes. You’ll see firsthand how it can help organise your sales tasks, manage customer relationships and track potential opportunities. He will also briefly introduce you to Copilot, a handy tool within Sales that can assist with tasks like email responses and meeting summaries.

By the end of the session, you’ll clearly understand how Dynamics 365 Sales can complement your existing Business Central setup, and how the two can work together to make business operations smoother!
