Insights and Impressions: Directions EMEA 2023 in Lyon

Last week, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in the world of Dynamics 365 Business Central at the Directions EMEA 2023 conference in Lyon. This event is a cornerstone for Business Central ISVs and Microsoft Partners, offering a comprehensive look into the latest developments in Business Central and related technologies.
As an expert in Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform, my primary goal was to broaden my understanding of Business Central and its ecosystem. The conference provided an extensive range of sessions, not only focusing on Business Central but also encompassing Dynamics 365 Sales and the Microsoft Power Platform. This diverse range of topics was invaluable for gaining a broader perspective on how these technologies integrate and complement each other.
One of the key moments for me was presenting ‘Exploring Dynamics 365 Sales for Business Central Users‘. In this session, I aimed to bridge the gap between Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central, showcasing how these two platforms can effectively work together to enhance business processes. The positive engagement from the audience was encouraging, highlighting a keen interest in leveraging the strengths of both platforms for improved business solutions.
Directions EMEA 2023 was an enlightening experience. It offered a deeper insight into the Business Central world, from the perspective of a Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform expert. The knowledge and connections gained from this event have equipped me with a more holistic understanding of how these technologies can be used together for advanced business solutions. I look forward to working with more customers who are using Dynamics 365 Sales and Business Central together to grow their businesses.
